Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us when you enquire or complete a project form. This can include your name, email address, phone number, monthly revenue range, company name, website and the purpose of your call request.
We may also collect limited technical and attribution information about how you reached and used this website. Non-essential analytics and advertising cookies are used only in line with your consent choices, including OpenAI Ads conversion measurement for lead submissions and confirmed bookings.
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and abuse. Google processes browser and device information for this security check, independently of your optional marketing-cookie choice.
How we use your information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, assess project fit, arrange calls, provide requested services, improve our website and communications, and protect our business and users.
Our lawful bases may include your consent, taking steps towards or performing a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the business, and compliance with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers for website hosting, customer relationship management, scheduling, communications, analytics and advertising, including Google, Meta, PostHog and OpenAI. They may process information only as needed to provide those services and are expected to protect it appropriately.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, our client relationship, record keeping, security and legal obligations.
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, although no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to certain processing, receive portable information, or withdraw consent.
To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, email hello@orrest.digital. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies and updates
When a consent prompt is shown, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies before they are used. You can also clear or block cookies through your browser settings. We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change; the date above shows the latest revision.
When enabled for an advertising provider, conversion matching may use supported contact details that are normalised and securely hashed in your browser before being sent; raw contact details are not sent through that matching process.
